- $200/hour Role Overview: We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a Contract Attorney to work on a contract basis. This role involves drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, licenses, and other legal agreements. Candidates must have experience in contract law and the ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities
Draft, review, and revise contracts, agreements, and legal documents.
Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Identify and mitigate legal risks in contracts.
Collaborate with stakeholders to align contracts with business objectives.
Provide clear and concise legal advice on contract-related matters. Required Skills &
Qualifications:
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Active license to practice law in at least one U.
S. jurisdiction.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in contract law.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
