Senior Financial Specialist

As a Senior Financial Specialist, you will help the organization maintain a clear and reliable view of its financial position. You will collaborate with a range of internal partners to translate financial information into meaningful business context. • Review monthly financial reporting and communicate material observations that support management action
• Manage the collection and consolidation of inputs for budget development and periodic forecast updates
• Use profit and loss statements, variance comparisons, impact reviews, trend patterns, and peer benchmarks to evaluate current performance and future expectations
• Present the monthly financial picture and relevant business implications to the Leadership Team
• Serve as a point of contact for a corporate function requiring one-off analysis, reporting support, or financial consultation
• Develop purpose-built reports that meet the information requirements of a corporate function
• Identify opportunities to reduce manual effort and improve the effectiveness of established reporting processes
• Advise stakeholders on financial considerations that inform operational priorities and longer-term plans Requirements
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Finance, or a similar academic field that has built a strong understanding of financial fundamentals
• Professional background of at least three years in finance, auditing, or a closely connected area
• Ability to use Excel to evaluate spreadsheets, create data visualizations, organize information with PivotTables, and communicate key findings
• Knowledge of approaches and instruments used to analyze financial results
• Strong capability to organize workload, assess complex information, communicate with stakeholders, and meet deadlines
• Experience developing business-focused presentations through PowerPoint
• Professional English language skills at B2 proficiency or higher Nice to have
• Ability to apply SQL, VBA, and Power BI to retrieve and process data, improve reporting processes, and deliver visual analytics
