About The Role

We're looking for experienced postsecondary Economics instructors to help evaluate and improve AI systems that reason about economic concepts — from intro micro to advanced applied economics. Your classroom expertise becomes the benchmark for how AI understands, explains, and applies economics. This is a fully remote, flexible contract role that fits around your existing schedule.

What You'll Do
• Design and review economics questions and scenarios used to train and evaluate AI systems
• Assess the accuracy, clarity, and depth of AI-generated economics content
• Provide structured, expert feedback to improve economic reasoning in AI model outputs
• Apply real-world teaching experience to validate concepts, identify gaps, and catch edge cases
• Work independently and asynchronously — no meetings, no fixed hours Who You Are
• 3+ years of full-time experience teaching economics at the postsecondary level
• Strong command of core economics topics — microeconomics, macroeconomics, and applied economics
• Able to clearly articulate and evaluate economic reasoning in written form
• Comfortable reviewing structured content and providing detailed, actionable feedback
• Self-motivated and reliable when working independently on task-based projects Nice to Have
• Master's or PhD in Economics
• Experience grading or evaluating work at scale
• Background in applied, policy, or data-driven economics
