Senior Full Stack Developer

In this role, you will shape platform capabilities and take important functionality from planning to production Responsibilities
• Own the architecture and rollout of resilient web systems powered by current JavaScript ecosystems and AI-enabled features
• Work with product managers, UX designers, and analytics colleagues to turn business needs into technical scope and success criteria
• Refine browser applications and server-side services to increase speed, stability, and overall usability
• Operationalize predictive models and intelligent services in live environments with security built into the delivery approach
• Write well-organized source code with sufficient documentation to support future maintenance and development
• Protect product quality through unit-level, integration-level, and end-to-end testing activities
• Administer and enhance compilation workflows and release pipelines to shorten software delivery timelines
• Develop less experienced engineers through constructive peer reviews and ongoing technical coaching
• Trace complex operational failures across systems and infrastructure to identify root causes and apply fixes
• Participate in strategic technology discussions that guide architecture decisions and improve engineering maturity Requirements
• A minimum of three years in software engineering positions with evidence of progressively broader technical ownership
• Comprehensive full stack knowledge spanning interactive frontend layers and robust service-side architecture
• Strong practical and theoretical familiarity with artificial intelligence, algorithm integrations, and smart application features
• Expertise in JavaScript for building efficient web experiences and handling event-driven asynchronous flows
• Demonstrated React proficiency in composing modular interfaces and coordinating advanced application state
• Solid Node.js experience delivering scalable APIs, distributed services, and microservice-based architectures
• Practical Python skills for transforming data, connecting AI platforms, or creating server-side helper tools
• Previous work with Java in enterprise integration scenarios and stable service framework development
• Understanding of Go for high-concurrency backend workloads and lightweight systems utilities
• Hands-on experience using Testify to create repeatable checks and automated verification
• Ability to manage Webpack configurations for packaging modules, reducing load times, and separating application code
• Experience leveraging Jest to create and run JavaScript test suites
• Familiarity with Karma for coordinating automated validation across browser platforms
• Knowledge of Mocha for developing flexible asynchronous tests and assertion patterns
• Experience using Gulp for build automation, code compression, and asset-processing routines
• Awareness of Grunt for maintaining established automation scripts and older project build setups
• Professional English skills at B2 level or above for communication in an international working environment
