Argentina Black Stallion - Product Design Trabajo remoto Jornada completa

Location:
Remote (CEST / ART time-zone alignment preferred) Position Type: Full-time (Contract / Accelerated Talent Track) Level: Semi-Senior Product Designer (2–4 years of experience) About the Stallions Program The Stallions Program is our accelerated development initiative designed to identify high-potential product talent and provide them with hands-on ownership, mentorship, and direct exposure to mission-critical product surfaces. As a Semi-Senior Product Designer in the program, you won’t just be executing tasks—you’ll be embedded directly into agile product squads, taking ownership of user flows and contributing to scalable design architecture. Position Overview We are looking for a driven, detail-oriented Semi-Senior Product Designer to join our team and help elevate the craft bar across our digital platform. You will work closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and cross-functional stakeholders to design engaging, high-converting, and accessible digital experiences. You will focus heavily on mobile-first experiences—from core user conversion pathways and onboarding flows to interactive features—while contributing directly to our growing component library and design system.

Key Responsibilities
• End-to-End Product Design: Lead visual and interaction design across key digital surfaces, taking features from early problem framing and wireframes through to high-fidelity Figma prototypes and QA delivery.
• Mobile-First UX/UI: Craft responsive, accessible, and high-converting user flows designed to optimize user engagement and retention across global markets.
• Design System Contribution: Help maintain and expand our component library (tokens, variants, auto-layout components) to ensure visual consistency and developer efficiency.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Product Managers and Engineers in agile squads, pressure-testing technical feasibility early and staying involved through delivery.
• Data-Informed Decisions: Use user research, usability testing insights, and product analytics (e.g., A/B testing data, user feedback) to validate design decisions rather than relying on preference alone.
• Global & Accessible Design: Build inclusive experiences that account for multilingual support, accessibility standards (WCAG AA), and varied device performance. Qualifications Required
• 2–4 years of experience as a Product Designer, UX/UI Designer, or Interaction Designer shipping consumer
- or member-facing digital products.
• Strong Portfolio: Demonstrating proficiency in both UX (wireframing, user flows, problem definition) and UI (visual hierarchy, layout, interactive prototyping).
• Figma Command: Proficiency in Figma, including modern auto-layout, component variants, and interactive prototyping workflows.
• Systems Mindset: Practical experience working with or contributing to a design system or component library.
• Engineering Alignment: Familiarity with front-end web and mobile constraints (HTML/CSS, component-based frameworks) to ensure seamless developer hand-off.
• Communication: Clear verbal and written communication skills to articulate design rationale to cross-functional partners. Nice-to-Have
• Experience designing for international, multilingual, or right-to-left (RTL) product contexts.
• Basic familiarity with integrating AI tools into modern design workflows. What Success Looks Like in the Program
• First 30 Days: Onboard into your product squad, familiarize yourself with our Figma component libraries and user flows, and ship your first UI improvement.
• First 90 Days: Own full design initiatives for key mobile features, collaborating directly with engineers from discovery through implementation and QA.
• First 6 Months: Actively contribute new components to the design system, participate in design critique rituals, and demonstrate measurable improvements in user conversion or engagement.
