About The Role
We're looking for experienced management and leadership educators to help shape how AI understands organizational behavior, decision-making, and team dynamics. Your expertise will directly influence how the next generation of AI systems reasons through complex leadership challenges — making a real-world impact from wherever you work.

What You'll Do
• Review AI-generated management and leadership scenarios for accuracy, realism, and logical soundness
• Evaluate AI reasoning related to team dynamics, incentive structures, and organizational design
• Identify flawed assumptions, weak decision logic, or unrealistic managerial recommendations
• Provide clear, structured feedback to improve how AI models reason through leadership problems
• Work independently and asynchronously — on your own schedule Who You Are
• 3+ years of experience teaching management or leadership at the postsecondary level
• Strong command of organizational behavior, management theory, and leadership frameworks
• Skilled at evaluating complex decision-making and analyzing tradeoffs
• Comfortable reading and critiquing written scenarios and AI-generated recommendations
• Self-motivated and reliable with the ability to meet project deadlines independently Nice to Have
• MBA or Master's degree in Management, Organizational Behavior, or a related field
• Hands-on industry experience in leadership, operations, or organizational consulting
