Qualifications and
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of overall culinary experience. • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Chef de Partie (CDP). • 1 CDP – Sushi: Must have strong knowledge and hands-on experience in sushi preparation. • 1 CDP – Pan-Asian: Must have strong knowledge and hands-on experience in Pan-Asian cuisine, particularly robata and grilling techniques.
