Location: anywhere in LATAM (Argentina strongly preferred)- 100% remote

Working hours: 8-5 CDT

Duration: 6 months+ (very likely to extend)

Other notes: This person should have experience working with marketing, creative and design teams. Experience with Figma is not required but would be a huge plus. They are ideally looking for a mid-level candidate with 2-6 years of experience.

About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and organized Scrum Master to join the Digital Marketing team supporting Dollar General.
This role will have a strong focus on stakeholder communication and management, ensuring clear communication and alignment across business stakeholders.
The Scrum Master will work closely with designers, copywriters, project leads, and marketers to coordinate marketing and creative requests, track progress, remove blockers and help ensure final deliverables are completed accurately and on time.
Our environment is highly dynamic, with changing priorities and daily shifts driven by the retail market. We are looking for someone organized, collaborative, and execution-oriented who can help teams stay aligned,
productive, and connected while fostering a positive and supportive team culture.
This position works fully remotely in Central Time business hours and collaborates with an international team distributed across different parts of the world.

Key Responsibilities
•
Lead and facilitate Scrum Ceremonies including daily standups, sprint planning, retrospectives, backlog refinement, and sprint reviews
•
Receive and review incoming marketing and creative requests, gathering and clarifying campaign requirements, deadlines, deliverables, copy, dimensions, and other necessary details.
•
Support resource allocation and capacity planning across multiple concurrent projects
•
Help design, optimize and improve production and operational workflows
•
Assist in reporting, project visibility, and status communication for stakeholders
•
Translate marketing briefs into clear and actionable tasks, assigning and coordinating work across designers.
•
Maintain accurate project tracking in Monday.com, monitoring timelines, priorities, feedback, approvals, and final deliverables while providing project visibility and status reporting to stakeholders.
•
Communicate project updates, coordinate alignment and smooth communication between cross-functional stakeholders and creative teams, and follow up on missing information
•
Identify blockers and support designers and content creators by ensuring they have the information and resources needed to complete their work.
•
Help improve request intake, project tracking, communication, and marketing workflows while promoting a collaborative and positive team environment.
•
Adapt quickly to changing priorities and business needs within a fast-moving retail environment.

Qualifications
•
Demonstrable experience working with Agile methodologies and Scrum frameworks.
•
Agile/Scrum certification required.
•
Experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies and coordinating agile teams.
•
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
•
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
•
Strong adaptability and problem-solving mindset.
•
Experience working with Figma/Project Management tools, preferably Monday.com
•
Professional fluency in English (spoken, written, and listening comprehension).
•
Experience working with cross-functional digital teams.
•
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

Experience in retail, digital marketing and e-commerce.

Familiarity with marketing campaign production and approval processes.
•
