We invite an accomplished Senior Java Developer with strong AI awareness to join our technology group. You will work on forward-looking digital platforms where reliability, scalability, and innovation are essential. Our team combines a high standard of engineering with a collaborative mindset and an interest in emerging tools. In this position, you will contribute to impactful systems while broadening your experience with artificial intelligence in software development
Responsibilities
- Build high-performing software solutions that remain stable at scale and support defined technical and business goals
- Provide expertise in architectural planning discussions and help set the technical direction for development efforts
- Collaborate across engineering, product, and operational teams to achieve timely delivery of quality software
- Inspect peer implementations and communicate feedback that helps maintain strong development practices
- Investigate difficult defects and technical risks, then implement solutions that address the underlying problem
- Guide junior engineers as they develop stronger programming knowledge and greater confidence in their work
- Engage in planning workshops by supplying estimates, identifying dependencies, and clarifying project boundaries
- Follow relevant technology trends and encourage adoption of useful practices within the development team
- Document system behavior, implementation choices, and engineering processes to support future maintenance
- Communicate with stakeholders to clarify priorities and ensure delivered functionality corresponds to agreed requirements
Requirements
- At least three years of professional experience delivering software solutions
- Practical understanding of AI technologies and their application in development processes and technical design
- Advanced grasp of Java Core concepts and object-oriented programming methods
- Hands-on background with Java 8 for application development
- Experience building backend functionality with the Spring Boot framework
- Knowledge of Microsoft Azure environments for cloud-based application delivery
- Familiarity with Amazon Web Services for deploying and supporting hosted systems
- Working knowledge of CI/CD practices that enable repeatable automated releases
- Strong SQL skills for accessing and maintaining information in relational databases
- Experience designing services within a microservices-oriented architecture
- Ability to implement and integrate RESTful APIs for service communication
- Proficiency in unit testing to improve software reliability and maintainable code quality
- Experience using NoSQL database solutions with Java applications
- Fluent written and verbal English at B2 level or above
