Each day, you will acquire knowledge by performing tasks as directed. You will also showcase your expertise by supporting ABB's operations and enhancing personal education/employment opportunities.The work model for the role is: onsite This role is contributing to the Smart Building division in Argentina .You will be mainly accountable for:Collaborating with various teams to support ABB's operations, ensuring effective coordination and successful project completion within the defined timelines.Utilizing understanding of customers' needs and ABB's solutions to determine effective solutions for customers, ensuring successful project outcomes aligned with customer requirements.Participating in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and other collaborative efforts.Seeking feedback and guidance from manager and team members to improve performance and skills. Our team dynamics You will join a dynamic, talented, high performing and experienced team, where you will be able to thrive.Qualifications for the role You are a student of Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields.You are engaged in Lean Manufacturing methodologies and the industrial engineering and electrical sectors.You enjoy working with digital tools and balance with shopfloor methodologies and the electrification marketYou are qualified in Microsoft Office tools You are passionate about Quality, efficiency and continuous improvement methodologies You are at ease communicating in english We value people from different backgrounds.
