Work Schedule US business hours Contractor Note NOTE: INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR POSITION Position Overview Keep users and systems supported through structured troubleshooting, accurate ticket records and clear technical documentation. You do not need to cover every specialty. Tell us which responsibilities you have owned and where you are strongest.
Key Responsibilities
• Investigate user or system issues and record the steps taken.
• Resolve support requests within your access and expertise.
• Maintain user or system configurations in your selected track.
• Escalate complex issues and document repeatable solutions. Qualifications
• 2+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Clear written and spoken English and careful attention to detail.
• Practical experience with help desk, operating systems, user administration and technical support tools.
• Examples of work you have personally handled in your selected specialty.
• Availability for US business hours and an independent contractor engagement. Nice-to-Haves Experience supporting US-based clients or teams and familiarity with the industry you would support. These are preferences, not requirements for every opportunity. Compensation Compensation will be confirmed for each genuine opportunity.
