  • Descripción del puesto:

Estamos buscando un NOC Access Engineer para integrarse a nuestro equipo de soporte técnico en redes de acceso. La posición es clave para garantizar la ejecución exitosa de los procesos de change management en la red de clientes

Responsabilidades:

  • Trabajar durante el turno nocturno para garantizar el éxito de los cambios en la red de acceso.
  • Verificar el estado de servicio de los equipos de red involucrados en actividades de otros equipos.
  • Realizar troubleshooting para mitigar riesgos identificados en los health checks.
  • Mantener comunicación constante con el equipo de project delivery de Access Network.
  • Coordinar con stakeholders clave asegurando la correcta ejecución de las tareas asignadas.

Requisitos del perfil:

  • Educación: Ingeniero, técnico graduado o a punto de graduarse (máximo 1 año pendiente).
  • Experiencia: Preferible +1 año en tecnologías GPON y FTTH.
  • Conocimientos técnicos: GPON, FTTH, Routers, Switches.
  • Certificaciones: Networking (HCIX, CCNX) preferidas, no obligatorias.
  • Idioma: inglés avanzado, escrito y hablado.
