The Intern will support the education team by blending instructional design with modern audiovisual production and generative AI. This role involves transforming educational concepts into engaging digital media, providing technical support to employees, and managing content implementation within our WordPress-based learning environment

Key Responsibilities
    • Audiovisual Content Creation: Design and edit high-quality educational videos and graphics.
  • AI-Enhanced Production: Utilize Generative AI tools for image and video creation, including the development of AI avatars and automated voiceovers to streamline content production.
  • Video Post-Production: Manage subtitling and short-form editing using tools like or CapCut to ensure content is dynamic and accessible.
  • LMS Management & Localization: Localize educational materials for different languages and handle the technical upload and configuration of content within WordPress (LearnDash).
  • Asset Maintenance: Update and improve existing training materials to ensure they align with the latest visual identity and brand guidelines.
  • Technical Support: Provide ticket support to employees, resolving training-related inquiries and LMS access issues.
Requirements
    • Education: Currently pursuing a degree in Graphic Design, Audiovisual Production, Instructional Design, or a related Communication field.
  • Technical Proficiency: * Hands-on experience with Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Familiarity with Generative AI tools for media creation (e.g., Midjourney, HeyGen, or similar).
  • Experience with video editing apps like or CapCut.
  • Web & Technical Skills: Basic understanding of WordPress and/or similar platforms is a significant plus.
  • Design Sensibility: A strong eye for layout, typography, and visual storytelling, with a commitment to following brand guidelines.
  • Language & Communication: Proficiency in English (written and spoken) is required for content localization and team collaboration.
  • Soft Skills: A proactive, "eager to learn" attitude with the ability to manage multiple creative projects simultaneously
