Team Leader de Sistemas (Soporte Técnico IT)

Descripción del puesto

Posición orientada al liderazgo y coordinación de un equipo de soporte técnico responsable de garantizar el correcto funcionamiento de la infraestructura tecnológica de la organización. El rol combina una sólida experiencia técnica con habilidades de gestión, comunicación y orientación al servicio.

Responsabilidades principales

  • Liderar, motivar y desarrollar al equipo de soporte técnico.
  • Asignar y supervisar tareas, garantizando eficiencia y calidad en la atención.
  • Actuar como punto de escalamiento para incidentes complejos.
  • Diagnosticar y resolver problemas de hardware, software, redes y sistemas operativos.
  • Implementar y optimizar procesos, políticas y procedimientos de soporte técnico.
  • Colaborar con otros equipos técnicos y de negocio para asegurar la continuidad operativa.
  • Documentar incidentes, soluciones y generar una base de conocimiento.
  • Evaluar y proponer mejoras tecnológicas y herramientas de soporte.

Requisitos

  • Formación:
     Licenciatura o Tecnicatura en Sistemas, Informática o afines.
  • Experiencia:
     Mínimo 3 años en posiciones similares de liderazgo técnico o soporte avanzado.
  • Conocimientos técnicos:
  • Sistemas operativos (Windows, Linux, macOS).
  • Redes (routers, switches, firewalls, DNS, DHCP, IPAM).
  • Administración de servidores (Windows Server, VMWare, gestión de dominios).
  • ITSM / ITIL, herramientas de ticketing (Jira, Zendesk, ServiceNow, etc.).

Competencias clave:
 Liderazgo, comunicación efectiva, orientación al cliente, organización, resolución de problemas y trabajo en equipo.
