Ubicación: Palermo, CABA (Híbrido / Full Time)

Sobre Cresium

En Cresium estamos construyendo el primer sistema financiero integral para empresas en Argentina, combinando cuenta bancaria, IA y automatizaciones en una sola plataforma. Nuestro objetivo es darle a las PyMEs visibilidad, control y libertad sobre su dinero, y para eso seguimos fortaleciendo el área de Marketing.

Sobre el rol: Marketing Associate

No es un rol de branding, community manager ni paid media. Buscamos un perfil de Marketing generalista, con ownership sobre el marketing end-to-end y trabajo directo con founders, ventas y producto para impulsar el crecimiento de Cresium.Es un rol pensado para crecer. Te vas a sumar a un equipo en formación, aprender haciendo y asumir cada vez más responsabilidad. A medida que la empresa crezca, la expectativa es que puedas evolucionar hacia un rol de liderazgo dentro del equipo de Marketing.

Qué vas a hacer

  • Diseñar, ejecutar y optimizar campañas de adquisición paga, iterando mensajes, creativos y audiencias con foco en resultados reales.
  • Crear y ejecutar contenido para LinkedIn e Instagram, construyendo una narrativa clara sobre qué hace Cresium y por qué importa.
  • Escribir copy simple y accionable, y trabajar con el equipo de producción en piezas audiovisuales.
  • Diseñar y optimizar flujos de conversión (emails, mensajes y journeys) desde el primer contacto hasta la apertura de cuenta.
  • Traducir el producto en beneficios claros y comunicar lanzamientos en colaboración con el equipo de Producto.

Qué buscamos

  • 2-4 años de experiencia en marketing digital con ownership real sobre resultados.
  • Capacidad de ejecutar y pensar estrategia al mismo tiempo.
  • Experiencia manejando campañas paid (Google Ads y Meta Ads).
  • Entendiendo métricas de negocio (CAC, conversión, activación).
  • Buen criterio de copywriting y storytelling.
  • Comodidad trabajando con herramientas de marketing automation y CRM , HubSpot o similares).
  • Manejo básico de herramientas de diseño (Canva, Figma o similares).
  • Deseable contar con experiencia en fintech, SaaS B2B o productos complejos.
  • Tener un buen manejo de inglés (excluyente).
  • Vivir en CABA y/o alrededores.
