Location: 100% Remote (Colombia & Argentina)

About the Company

Our client is a global SaaS company providing cash flow forecasting and financial planning software to businesses worldwide.
The platform integrates with accounting systems such as QuickBooks to help users understand their cash flow, build financial projections, and run scenario analysis to support better business decisions.

The company operates with a fully remote, international team and serves customers across the US, Europe, Asia, and other global markets. All communication, documentation, and customer support are conducted in English.

Responsibilities

Provide customer support via chat, assisting users with questions related to the platform and their financial data.

Take full ownership of support cases, from initial inquiry through resolution.

Apply accounting and bookkeeping knowledge to guide users accurately, especially regarding QuickBooks Online integrations.

Help customers understand how their data is reflected in the platform, including cash flow, forecasts, projections, and scenarios.

Independently investigate issues by navigating the product as a real user and testing different workflows.

Manage and follow up on support tickets, bugs, and feature requests.

Contribute to the creation and improvement of help center articles, documentation, and support resources.

Assist with scripts or content for educational and explainer videos.

Requirements

2–3+ years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or a finance-related role with practical exposure to accounting concepts.

Strong understanding of accounting fundamentals (cash flow, P&L, forecasting, financial projections).

Hands-on experience with one of the following: QuickBooks Online/Xero or Sage Intacct.

Previous experience in customer support or client-facing roles.

Advanced written English skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally via chat.

High level of autonomy and self-discipline.

Ownership mindset: proactive, responsible, and solution-oriented.

Ability to research and resolve issues independently before escalating.

Reliable internet connection and a professional home-office setup.
