Job DescriptionLocation: Madrid, Spain - Relocation is Mandatory
Set up: Hybrid (1 day/week)
- Definition and maintenance of the project plan in collaboration with internal teams and external providers.
- Risk identification and implementation of corrective action plans, ensuring that deliverables defined during the
- Global Design Phase are delivered on time.
- Ensuring communication between business lines, IT, and service-provider teams.
- Support to the Head of Program through preparation and facilitation of information for steering-committee and
- project meetings, and provision of the required reporting to Group-Program instances.
- Management of project documentation (plans, reports, minutes, etc.) with version control and central storage.
- Application of project-management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.) appropriate to the scope and
- complexity of the initiative.
- Management and follow-up of compliance activities, supporting the central Group team in validating the solution
- with local regulators before implementation and liaising with local compliance experts to ensure that
implementation criteria are well-assessed, documented, and approved.
Qualifications- 8 + years of IT project management, client-facing, risk & issue management
- Governance (JIRA, demand-management)
- Agile/Waterfall methodology
- Strong technical background and experience on technical migration projects and integration among different information systems.
Languages (mandatory)
- Fluent English
- Fluent Spanish
