Procurement Specialist
with strong
SAP Ariba experience
to join our growing team and streamline procurement processes across regions.
Position Overview:
The
Procurement Specialist
will be responsible for managing the end-to-end procurement process — from vendor onboarding and sourcing to purchase order management and contract execution — using
SAP Ariba
as the primary tool. The ideal candidate will have experience in global procurement operations, a strong understanding of compliance and vendor management, and the ability to drive process efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the
procure-to-pay (P2P)
process using SAP Ariba, including requisition creation, approval workflows, PO generation, and vendor payments. - Collaborate with internal stakeholders (finance, legal, delivery teams) to ensure alignment on procurement requirements and timelines.
- Source and evaluate suppliers, negotiate pricing, and manage vendor relationships.
- Maintain and optimize supplier master data and ensure compliance with corporate and regional procurement policies.
- Track and report key procurement metrics, including spend analytics, supplier performance, and cost optimization.
- Support audits and ensure all procurement documentation is accurate and up to date.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and drive automation and efficiency within the Ariba ecosystem.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
in Business, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or a related field. - 2–5 years
of experience in procurement, with at least
1 years of hands-on SAP Ariba experience
(Procurement, Sourcing, or Contract modules). - Strong understanding of global procurement operations and compliance processes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficient in Excel, data analytics, and procurement reporting tools.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in the IT or technology services industry.
- Familiarity with tools like SAP, Coupa, or Oracle Procurement Cloud.
- Exposure to international procurement processes (US, EU, or APAC).
