Resumen del Puesto
Profesional senior en operaciones de TI con foco en configuración y gestión de backend para liderar operaciones técnicas en streaming. Colabora con desarrollo para optimizar procesos, define y sigue OKRs para elevar performance y calidad. Perfil gerencial con expertise operativa, conocimientos básicos en backend (preferente streaming) y alineación a regulaciones locales/internacionales.

Responsabilidades Principales
  • Liderar los equipos de operaciones para la configuración y editorialización del contenido de la plataforma.
  • Definir/perseguir OKRs y proponer mejoras en procesos clave (gestión editorial, tarifas/precios, configuración de apps) para optimizar eficiencia y reducir errores.
  • Diseñar flujos de trabajo con desarrollo para integración fluida de operaciones y herramientas.
  • Liderar evolución del administrador de configuraciones, identificando actualizaciones/expansiones.
  • Analizar causas raíz de incidentes y dirigir mejoras continuas.
  • Revisar servicios TI para apoyar diagnóstico/resolución del equipo TEC.
  • Automatizar procesos operativos en configuración/gestión backend.
  • Integrar IA para potenciar rendimiento del equipo, calidad de ejecuciones y minimizar errores.
Requisitos y Experiencia
  • 5-7 años en operaciones TI/backend; ≥2-3 años gerenciales.
  • Configuración/gestión backend en alto volumen (ideal streaming/media/e-commerce) (excluyente)
  • Experiencia en plataformas CMS (excluyente)
  • Universitario en Cs. Computación, Ing. Sistemas, TI o afín (deseable)
  • Experiencia en instalación, configuración y resolución de sistemas complejos.
  • Gestión de equipos multidisciplinarios y proyectos múltiples.
Habilidades Técnicas
  • Backend/Desarrollo: conocimiento básico de alguno de estos lenguajes PHP, , Python, Java, Go; APIs RESTful, microservicios; consumo APIs; apps de automatización.
  • Cloud/Redes: Generales en AWS/Azure; básicos redes/seguridad.
  • Datos/Análisis: XML/JSON; BD (Cassandra, Elasticsearch, Oracle); logs para diagnóstico.
  • Otras: Regulaciones: conocimiento apps internas de configuraciones; IA integrada a operaciones para optimizar rendimiento/calidad.
