You'll have the challenge, using your expertise to build and enhance pricing models, analyze market trends, and partner with key teams—from Finance to Product— through robust planning processes to ensure every decision maximizes profitability.

This role is a unique opportunity to directly impact our bottom line, monitoring and optimizing business performance alongside country teams, providing actionable insights that guide both daily operations and long-term strategy. You'll contribute to our mission of providing a unique shopping experience to millions of customers.

Your Challenges

  • Strategic Pricing: Build and enhance pricing models, analyze market trends, customer behavior, and measure the business impact of each pricing change to maximize profitability.
  • Business Planning: Lead planning processes to enhance business accuracy, consolidate and analyze forecasts, and develop reliable reporting to provide visibility and alignment across the company.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Finance, Product, Country Managers and Marketing to ensure a comprehensive approach to revenue, planning, and cost efficiency.
  • Performance Monitoring: Develop and maintain KPIs, and prepare reports and insights for senior management to support informed decision-making. Measure the price-demand elasticity and business impact of each pricing change.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, economics, or a related field or equivalent practical experience
  • 5+ years of experience in pricing, revenue management, or related field
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data to make informed pricing decisions
  • Experience with pricing optimization software and tools
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work across teams
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks
  • Results oriented
  • Ability to speak and write in English and Spanish fluently
  • Experience with SQL, Python, R and use of visualization tools such as Tableau or PowerBI

Preferred Skills

  • MBA or other advanced degree in business or related field
  • Experience in the technology or software industry
  • Knowledge of pricing and revenue best practices and trends
  • Entrepreneurial experience
