BeOne Medicines USA, Inc. (f/ka BeiGene) seeks Sr. Director, Advanced Analytics in San Carlos, CA:

Job Duties: Performing risk assessment, customer segmentation and targeting, promotion response and return on investment analytics, and patient flow modeling; Evaluating market opportunities to support the commercial planning of products in development; Analyzing data with standard and innovative methodologies to provide ongoing strategic and tactical guidance to brand and development teams; Identifying potential marketing opportunities and threats; Integrating secondary research findings with other analytical insights (primary research, forecasting) developed by team members; Building strategic thought partnerships and resolving key business issues with cross-functional partners across marketing, market access, clinical, regulatory, finance, manufacturing, and sales; Providing guidance and mentorship to team members while ensuring ample opportunities for learning and career growth; Representing BeiGene at key meetings, functions, and conferences when appropriate; and Staying abreast of emerging healthcare and pharmaceutical industry trends, particularly within oncology, and assessing their potential impact on our strategies.  Domestic travel is required approximately 15% of the time.

Minimum Requirements: Master's degree (or its foreign degree equivalent) in Engineering (any field), Marketing, Business, or a related discipline, and four (4) years of experience in the job offered or in any occupation in related field, OR Bachelor's degree (or its foreign degree equivalent) in Engineering (any field), Marketing, Business, or a related discipline, and six (6) years of progressively responsible experience in the job offered or in any occupation in related field.

Special Skill Requirements: (1) leading teams of Marketing Data Analysts; (2) leading teams in identifying secondary data sources unique to the Biotech or Pharma Industry; (3) utilizing Machine Learning Algorithms. Any suitable combination of education, training and/or experience is acceptable.

Disregard the below range, the selected candidate will earn a wage of $280,000 - $290,000 per annum.

Non-Commercial roles are eligible to participate in the annual bonus plan, and Commercial roles are eligible to participate in an incentive compensation plan.
