Estamos buscando un Líder de Planificación responsable de Planificación, optimización de procesos de planificación para apoyar los objetivos de entrega, producción y financieros (inventario), y trabajar con diversos actores internos y externos para resolver problemas rápidamente e implementar mejoras.

Lo que harás:

  • Podrás dirigir y asesorar al equipo de Planificación y/o Programación en la planta de fabricación.

  • Contribuirás a la creación de una hoja de ruta estratégica y serás responsable de su ejecución

  • Optimizarás los procesos de planificación para apoyar los objetivos de entrega, producción e inventario

  • Colaborarás con diversos actores internos y externos para resolver problemas rápidamente e implementar mejoras

  • Proporcionarás dirección, delegarás tareas y eliminarás obstáculos para alcanzar metas

  • Asegurarás la cobertura adecuada del departamento y respaldo en caso necesario

  • Realizarás inducción y capacitación cruzada para los miembros del equipo

  • Brindarás apoyo a otras plantas y/o equipos de planificación según sea necesario

  • Fomentarás un entorno de trabajo colaborativo

Requisitos Importantes:

  • Título universitario en Administración, Gestión de la Cadena de Suministro, Ingeniería o campo relacionado

  • 5 años de experiencia en planificación, logística o manufactura

  • Experiencia liderando y/o desarrollando equipos

  • Dominio de un sistema ERP, sistema avanzado de planificación, sistema analítico o equivalente

  • Capacidad demostrada para influir y motivar a otros

  • Habilidades de liderazgo, comunicación, análisis y resolución de problemas para tomar decisiones y generar consenso entre las partes interesadas

  • Experiencia manejando situaciones ambiguas y complejas

  • Algo de experiencia resolviendo conflictos de manera efectiva y discreta
