When joining Tietoevry Create as a Lead Quality Engineer
Responsibilities
You join a skilled team of quality engineers and software developers where you learn new things with your colleagues. Your main tasks and responsibilities will include:

• Leading the quality assurance process for various projects.
• Developing and implementing quality standards and best practices.
• Conducting regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues.
• Providing training and support to team members on quality-related matters.

Who We Are Looking For

• Proven experience as a Quality Engineer or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of quality assurance methodologies and tools.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lead and mentor a team.
• You are fluent in Spanish and English, both verbally and in writing.
• Strong Quality Assurance and Testing foundational knowledge including testing techniques, testing process and documentation, defect reporting and tracking.
• Proficient with at least one programming language (Java or Python preferred).
• Good notions of object-oriented programming and their applications on Automated Test development.
• Ability to implement simple automated test cases using UI Test Automation tools like Selenium, Cypress or Playwright.
• Good API and API testing notions.
• University studies in Software Engineering, System Analysis, or a related IT field.
• Commitment and enthusiasm to go deeper into automation testing.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
