Role Purpose
Own EFY's entire web ecosystem end-to-end—leading strategy, design, development, performance, and governance.

This role blends strategic vision, product thinking, and elite Webflow execution, delivering premium digital experiences that drive acquisition and trust.

Key Responsibilities

• 1. Full Ownership of the Webflow Ecosystem
• Lead architecture, design, development, and evolution of all EFY websites (EFY Finance, EFY Investments, EFINTI, EFY Token, fund platforms, landings, microsites)
• Build a scalable, modular, standardized Webflow infrastructure
• Create and maintain a unified component library and reusable template system
• 1. Web Strategy & Roadmap
• Define and prioritize the web roadmap
• Align with Marketing, Product, Compliance, and the CEO
• Design funnels, landing pages, and high-conversion journeys
• 1. Technical Leadership
• Act as EFY's internal authority in Webflow, architecture, performance, and SEO
• Mentor designers, internal contributors, and external freelancers/agencies
• Enforce global standards, governance, accessibility, and technical best practices
• 1. Premium UI/UX Design
• Create enterprise-level interfaces for HNWIs, corporate clients, and fintech users
• Produce wireframes, prototypes, and mobile-first layouts
• Ensure full alignment with EFY's brand system and visual identity
• 1. Advanced Webflow Development
• Implement complex capabilities:
• CMS architectures
• Webflow Logic
• API Integrations (REST, Webhooks)
• Custom animations & interactions
• Multi-step forms
• Integrate with growth tools:
• GA4, GTM, HubSpot, CRM, Hotjar, Clarity, Make, Zapier, Webhooks, internal APIs
• 1. Performance, CRO & Technical SEO
• Optimize for Core Web Vitals (LCP, INP, CLS)
• Execute world-class technical SEO for a global financial brand
• Lead A/B testing, heatmaps, user behavior research, and CRO initiatives
• 1. Maintenance & Governance
• Oversee uptime, security, redirects, backups, and CMS quality
• Maintain documentation, guidelines, and design system standards
• Ensure a clean, scalable, well-documented web ecosystem

Requirements

• Technical Skills (Mandatory)
• Bilingual Spanish–English (B2–C1)
• 4–7+ years leading complex Webflow builds
• Proven expertise in:
• Webflow CMS, Logic, Interactions
• HTML, CSS, JavaScript
• Figma (UI/UX, components, prototyping)
• API Integrations (REST/Webhooks)
• Technical SEO
• Core Web Vitals optimization
• CMS architecture & scaling
• Experience in fintech, crypto, or high-traffic environments
• Ability to lead roadmap, prioritize, and make autonomous decisions
