En SMS Sudamerica buscamos un QA Automation 

Responsabilidades principales
  • Impulsar cultura de testing: Fomentar mejores prácticas y conciencia de calidad desde el inicio del desarrollo
  • Definir estrategia de pruebas: Determinar alcance, establecer funcionalidades críticas y participar en análisis colaborativo
  • Automatización inteligente: Analizar casos a automatizar, comprendiendo el valor de la inversión y el retorno en tiempo
  • Gestión de defectos: Detectar bugs tempranamente y realizar seguimiento completo de su ciclo de vida
  • Administración de ambientes: Mantener entornos de prueba alineados con producción y gestionar soluciones ante problemas
  • Mejora continua: Medir resultados, informar status de ejecución y proponer planes de acción para remoción de riesgos
  • Conocimiento funcional: Comprender la funcionalidad del sistema (SN2), detectar riesgos y evidenciarlos al equipo
  • Proactividad: Trabajar con empoderamiento, establecer impedimentos y proponer soluciones
  • Capacitación continua: Mantenerse actualizado en tendencias y herramientas de QA
Habilidades técnicas requeridas
Testing & Metodologías
  • Técnicas de Testing manual (caja negra)
  • Diseño, definición y alcance de planes de prueba
  • Estimación de tiempos de prueba
  • Pruebas funcionales y no funcionales (Web, Mobile, App)
  • Redacción de casos de prueba con sintaxis Gherkin
  • Ciclo de vida de casos de prueba y bugs
  • Pruebas de accesibilidad
Automatización
  • Selenium & WebDriver IO (excluyente)
  • Lenguajes de programación: Java, JavaScript, TypeScript
  • Patrones de diseño: PageObject, ScreenPlay, Commands
  • Generación y mantenimiento de scripts automatizados
  • Análisis, planificación y estimación de casos automatizados
  • Gestión de casos de prueba: asegurar reutilización, actualización y eliminación de obsoletos
Herramientas & Tecnologías
  • Gestión: Jira, XRay
  • Servicios web: REST / SOAP, Postman
  • Bases de datos: MySQL (consultas)
  • Integración Continua: Git, Jenkins
  • Ejecución y generación de evidencia con herramientas de automatización

  • Trabajo colaborativo y comunicación efectiva

Requisitos

Experiencia comprobable en QA Automation

Dominio de Selenium & WebDriver IO

Conocimientos sólidos en Java, JavaScript o TypeScript

Experiencia con metodologías ágiles

Manejo de herramientas Jira y XRay
