We're looking for a
Senior Account Executive
who is a true
killer closer
.
Someone who doesn't wait for leads to be handed over, but
goes out, hunts, builds pipeline, and closes
.
This is
not
a "take meetings and follow a script" role.
This is for people who
own revenue end-to-end
.
What we're looking for
You're someone who:
- Prospects your
own leads
(outbound is not scary to you) - Can
bring your own book of business
or relationships - Knows how to
run a deal from first touch to signature - Challenges ideas, processes, and even founders (with arguments, not ego)
- Moves fast, executes faster, and thrives in
startup chaos - Thinks like an
owner
, not an employee - Cares about results more than titles
- Wears the jersey and plays to win
What you'll do
- Own the full sales cycle:
prospecting → discovery → closing - Build and manage your own pipeline
- Close mid-market / enterprise deals
- Work closely with founders, product, and ops
- Actively contribute ideas to improve GTM, pricing, and processes
- Help raise the bar for the entire sales team
What you need
- Proven experience as a
Senior AE / Closer - Strong outbound + closing track record
- Startup or high-growth environment experience
- High energy, high standards, zero excuses mindset
- Comfortable with ambiguity and fast decision-making
- Fluent English
