We're looking for a
Senior Account Executive
who is a true
killer closer
.

Someone who doesn't wait for leads to be handed over, but
goes out, hunts, builds pipeline, and closes
.

This is
not
a "take meetings and follow a script" role.

This is for people who
own revenue end-to-end
.

What we're looking for

You're someone who:

  • Prospects your
    own leads
    (outbound is not scary to you)
  • Can
    bring your own book of business
    or relationships
  • Knows how to
    run a deal from first touch to signature
  • Challenges ideas, processes, and even founders (with arguments, not ego)
  • Moves fast, executes faster, and thrives in
    startup chaos
  • Thinks like an
    owner
    , not an employee
  • Cares about results more than titles
  • Wears the jersey and plays to win

What you'll do

  • Own the full sales cycle:
    prospecting → discovery → closing
  • Build and manage your own pipeline
  • Close mid-market / enterprise deals
  • Work closely with founders, product, and ops
  • Actively contribute ideas to improve GTM, pricing, and processes
  • Help raise the bar for the entire sales team

What you need

  • Proven experience as a
    Senior AE / Closer
  • Strong outbound + closing track record
  • Startup or high-growth environment experience
  • High energy, high standards, zero excuses mindset
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and fast decision-making
  • Fluent English
