Desde Pacifica Continental conjunto a importante empresa argentina de Networking, Ciberseguridad y DataCenter, nos encontramos en búsqueda de un perfil para el puesto de Ingeniero de Ciberseguridad (Security Engineer) Nivel 1.5 para sumarse al equipo. Este profesional desempeñará un rol clave en el análisis, investigación y mitigación de incidentes de seguridad informática, así como el despliegue y soporte de soluciones para proteger a nuestros clientes de amenazas avanzadas y técnicas de ataque emergentes.

Responsabilidades


• Resolución de Problemas: Diagnosticar y solucionar incidentes técnicos en campo, incluyendo problemas de conectividad, configuración de redes, y fallos de seguridad.


• Soporte Nivel 2: Proveer soporte avanzado a usuarios y técnicos del cliente, colaborando estrechamente con el resto del equipo de soporte Nivel 2 y Nivel 3 para escalaciones.


• Documentación: Generar y actualizar documentación técnica detallada de las actividades realizadas, como planos de red, configuraciones y reportes de incidencia.


• Cumplimiento de SLA: Garantizar la resolución de los problemas dentro de los tiempos establecidos en los acuerdos de nivel de servicio.


• Análisis de Incidentes: Investigar alertas generadas por sistemas de monitoreo de seguridad, correlacionarlas con comportamientos sospechosos y priorizarlas según su impacto potencial.


• Respuestas a Incidentes: Guiar la contención, mitigación y recuperación de incidentes relacionados con brechas de seguridad, ataques maliciosos, ransomware y más.
• Gestión de Seguridad en Tiempo Real: Supervisar herramientas de seguridad como SIEM, EDR/XDR, NGFW, etc

Conocimientos y Tecnologías


• Conocimientos de protocolos de red (TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, VLANs, QoS, etc.).


• Experiencia práctica con dispositivos de networking (ej. Cisco, Aruba, Juniper) y soluciones de ciberseguridad (firewalls como Palo Alto, Fortinet o Check Point).


• Habilidad para interpretar y diseñar diagramas de red (herramientas como Visio).


• Familiaridad con herramientas de monitoreo de red (ej. SolarWinds, Nagios).


• Experiencia con plataformas SIEM y EDR (deseable).


• Conocimientos sobre ataques cibernéticos como phishing, ransomware, exfiltración de datos, movimientos laterales, entre otros (deseable).

 Experiencia y Educación


• Título en Ingeniería en Sistemas, Electrónica, Redes, Telecomunicaciones o afín (Deseable). Tecnicatura en alguna área de IT.


• Experiencia de al menos 2 años en roles similares (Field Engineer, Ingeniero de Networking, Ingeniero de Ciberseguridad, etc.).

Idioma

Inglés: se requiere conocimiento de inglés de lectura para poder interpretar datasheets e información técnica y oral para poder interactuar con los centros de soporte de los fabricantes.

Certificaciones


• CCNA (Deseable)


• Certificaciones relacionadas con ciberseguridad (CompTIA Security+, OSCP, etc). (Deseable)

• Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y servicio al cliente.


• Capacidad para trabajar bajo presión y en entornos dinámicos.
