We are looking for a Jr. Tax Analyst to join our Accounting/Tax team.

What will you do?

Preparation and Filing of Tax Returns:

  • Prepare and manage low-complexity tax returns for individual and business clients.
  • Collect and validate supporting documentation (bank statements, tax forms, withholdings, etc.).
  • Ensure the integrity and consistency of the data to be reported, preventing omissions or duplications.
  • Enter tax forms into the appropriate system and complete the final submission of the return.
  • Monitor filing schedules and due dates.

Preparation of Tax Extensions:

  • Prepare forms for filing deadline extensions in accordance with current regulations.
  • Communicate deadlines and requirements to clients and ensure timely submission.

ITIN Management and Administration

  • Gather and verify the required documentation (passport, tax return, supporting forms, etc.) and confirm eligibility criteria to prepare and submit the client's ITIN application to the regulatory authority.
  • Provide informational support to both internal and external clients throughout the entire process.

Internal Collaboration and Continuous Improvement:

  • Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure timely and accurate deliverables.
  • Participate in process improvement and operational efficiency initiatives.
  • Document and update manuals or procedures as required by the Team Lead or Manager.

What are we looking for?

  • Advanced student or graduate in Public Accounting
  • 1–2 years of experience in accounting firms (preferably in tax)
  • Advanced English (mandatory)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office | Experience with QuickBooks is a plus
