MarketFully is looking to hire an AI Solution Designer with a passion for generative artificial intelligence to lead the design of a content creation platform. The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining end-to-end AI solutions, from agent orchestration and system workflows to the design of intuitive, modern user experiences, working closely with engineering teams to bring these solutions to life.

• Design and maintain AI agent workflows using LangGraph to support automated marketing content generation and related use cases.
• Translate business requirements and user needs into scalable AI solution architectures, including model selection, orchestration, and data flow design.
• Partner closely with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to define AI-driven features, success metrics, and technical feasibility.
• Implement memory, context, and personalization systems to ensure consistent application of user preferences and brand style in generated content.
• Evaluate and recommend LLM models, tools, and frameworks based on performance, cost, latency, and use-case alignment.
• Prototype, test, and iterate on AI solutions using rapid experimentation and proof-of-concept development.
• Optimize response quality and performance, including latency reduction, streaming responses, and prompt optimization.
• Design and oversee automated evaluation and quality assurance pipelines to measure accuracy, relevance, and brand alignment of AI-generated content.
• Document solution designs, workflows, and best practices to support knowledge sharing and long-term maintainability.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of proven experience designing and implementing generative AI solutions, including LLM-based applications and agent-driven workflows.
• Hands-on experience with AI orchestration frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LangGraph) and stateful or cyclical agent architectures.
• Strong understanding of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and practical experience using vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma, Supabase Vector).
• Proficiency in prompt, engineering, including prompt optimization, chaining, and few-shot techniques.
• Solid backend development experience using Python, particularly for AI logic, data processing, and service-based architectures.
• Experience using TypeScript across the stack to build maintainable, type-safe applications.
• Frontend experience with modern React frameworks (preferably Remix), including server-side rendering and efficient data handling.
• Familiarity with multiple LLM providers and models (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, Google) and an understanding of model trade-offs.
• Experience designing AI systems with production considerations in mind, including latency, cost optimization, observability, and scalability.
• Working knowledge of cloud-native deployment and infrastructure (Docker, AWS or equivalent).
• Experience integrating relational databases with vector search (e.g., PostgreSQL + embeddings).
