Estamos buscando un Teach Lead Frontend para unirse a nuestro equipo en C&S . Si tienes una pasión por la enseñanza y un profundo conocimiento en desarrollo frontend, esta es tu oportunidad.

Como Teach Lead, serás responsable de liderar y coordinar las sesiones de enseñanza para nuestros estudiantes, asegurando que reciban una educación de alta calidad en tecnologías frontend con un minimo de 8 años de experiencia en roles similares.

Tu rol implicará diseñar y desarrollar contenido educativo, supervisar a los instructores y asegurar que los estudiantes adquieran habilidades técnicas avanzadas en frameworks como React, Angular o Vue.

Además, trabajarás en la mejora continua de nuestros programas de formación, evaluando y ajustando el material según las necesidades del mercado y los comentarios de los estudiantes.

Se requiere una experiencia significativa en desarrollo frontend, así como una capacidad demostrada para enseñar y motivar a otros.

Debes tener una actitud proactiva y una capacidad para adaptarte rápidamente a las nuevas tecnologías y tendencias del sector.

Skills

5 años de experiencia comprobable en desarrollo frontend con React y

Dominio avanzado de JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS y Material UI. Experiencia sólida en arquitecturas escalables, performance optimization y mejores prácticas de desarrollo.
