The 8Agency is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Manager to join our dynamic team.

The 8Agency is an independent B2B digital marketing agency serving leading technology companies around the globe.

Position Overview

As a Campaign Manager, you'll be the conductor of the client´s programs and campaigns. You'll orchestrate all aspects to ensure the agency delivers high-quality services that exceed client needs and expectations. This role requires a strategic mind, strong project management skills, and the ability to work cross-functionally to achieve project goals.

Key Responsibilities

Client Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
  • Understand clients' business goals and marketing objectives.
  • Act as the main point of contact between clients and the agency.

Campaign Execution:

  • Articulate with the agencies the planning, briefing, and execution of all the EVENTS of Chile, Argentina, Colombia & Perú.
  • Ensure that all initiatives are properly mirrored in our systems (Salesforce and other dashboards);
  • Alignment with global teams: Marketing Activation, Regional Marketing, and others needed;
  • Summarize and create actionable insights from 3rd party analysis.
  • Track follow-up of the leads generated after each event and pipeline report and ROI.
  • Understand how to use and operate campaigns and dashboards in Marketo and Salesforce.
  • Involve all necessary teams (sales, engineers, support) to ensure the success and ROI of each of the initiatives.
  • Ensure adequate audience level for each event (company and position);
  • Develop customized actions for certain clients according to commercial needs (eg, events inside companies);
  • Design and execute relationship touch-o-meter throughout the year for different audiences within the company's focus: developers, IT / BDM, and C-levels.
  • Project Management to support local events

Effective Time Management:

  • Identify and prioritize tasks based on their importance and urgency, using tools such as to-do lists or task management apps.
  • Develop a daily or weekly plan, allocating specific time blocks for high-priority activities and deadlines.
  • Regularly reassess priorities to adapt to changing circumstances and ensure focus on the most critical tasks.

New Business Development:

  • Proven experience in measuring marketing success and identifying opportunities for improving marketing
  • Plan and build scalable programs and campaigns.
  • Organize content and staff plan for Argentina, Chile, Colombia and Peru events.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications

  • 4 years of experience in B2B Marketing
  • Event production experience
  • Strong and proven program management skills and experience, including coordinating agencies and engaging with a highly matrixed, cross-functional, global organization
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Preferred location: Buenos Aires.

Must have

  • English Level: Full professional proficiency (Mandatory)
  • Agency experience is a must
  • Marketing B2B experience
  • Availability to travel
