Job Responsibilities
JOB SUMMARYPerforms various activities related to the efficient and effective management of Quality Systems and Analytics.JOB RESPONSIBILITIESGeneral Profile
- Provides quality support and consultancy for Quality Systems and Analytics management activities (possibly complex), as assigned
Functional and Technical Expertise
- Requires business and technical knowledge/experience to enable management of Quality Systems and Analytics at Syneos Health.
- Ensures commitments and timelines for Quality Systems and Analytics support adhere to Syneos Health requirements.
- May be assigned to support Quality Systems and Analytics-related activities at a departmental, account or project level.
Complexity
- Solves moderately complex problems related to Quality Systems and Analytics (e.g., metrics, data and reporting)
- Escalates issues identified with Quality Systems and Analytics to Corporate Quality leadership when required.
- Makes decisions that impact the outcome of Quality Systems and Analytics-related activities
- Influences - Serves as a key resource to manage Quality Systems and Analytics. Gains support for ideas or positions on moderately difficult issues
- Problem Solving - Anticipates and resolves problems, which may be moderately complex. Applies critical thinking to identify solutions to problems
- Drives solutions for departments, accounts, projects and processes
- Assesses and interprets internal (and occasionally external) customer's quality needs and requirements and proactively develops solutions
- Leads medium-scale Quality Systems and Analytics-related or Corporate Quality projects or programs with moderate risks and resource
Supervision
- Normally receives little instruction on day-to-day work, general instructions on new assignments
Other tasks
- Represents Quality Systems and Analytics team, as assigned
- Performs other quality-related activities as directed by management
- This position is not responsible for supervising employees
- Travel may be required (approximately 15%)
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS (please indicate if 'preferred')
BA/BS degree in science or health care or equivalent education and experience, plus some experience in Good Clinical Practice (GCP), Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) and/or Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint), email and voicemail. Strong numeracy and data handling skills. Above average attention to detail and accuracy. Strong organizational, interpersonal and team-oriented skills. Ability to act independently and pro-actively. Significant project management and customer management skills. Ability to perform several tasks simultaneously to meet deadlines.
