Revenue Operations Specialist

The Enablement Growth and Global Excellence (ENGAGE) team is seeking a Training
Revenue Operations Lead to drive the efficiency and effectiveness of our training programs.
This role will be responsible for managing the operational backbone of training and learning
initiatives—including analyzing proposed training solutions, recommending alternatives,
streamlining processes, supporting program delivery, and measuring outcomes. The ideal
candidate will bring strong business operations expertise, with the ability to connect training
strategy to revenue-related functions and continuously improve the overall impact of the
Training Program.
Requirements:
- 5+ years a strong preference for revenue
management, nablement settings.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex processes across multiple stakeholders,
utilizing strong organizational and project management skills.
Experience in operations
Proven experience in optimizing revenue forecasting, invoicing, and operational
workflows, documentation, and reporting structures.
Revenue Awareness:
-Strong understanding of key revenue-driving functions such as Sales, Customer
Enablement, Revenue Operations, and Professional Services.
-Experience aligning training or operational initiatives directly with business
performance metrics.
-Ability to turn business priorities into practical operational plans—covering auditing,
risk management, compliance, exception handling, stakeholder guidance, and the
creation of clear business rules.
Analytical & Systems Skills:
-Skilled at collecting and analyzing data to measure program effectiveness and
providing insights to support management decision-making.
