For our client,
a multinational project management firm that specializes in consulting to support
South American companies in entering global markets. We are currently managing a large-scale project to enable the export of South American products to the European Union (EU), Africa, and Middle East & North Africa (MENA) regions, with a strong focus on regulatory compliance and efficient logistics.
Job description:
Advise on fiscal, tax, and customs requirements for exporting to the EU, selected African countries, and MENA markets
Ensure full compliance with international trade regulations, sanctions, import tariffs, VAT, certificates of origin, and sanitary/phytosanitary requirements
Design and optimize end-to-end logistics and supply chain solutions (maritime, air, and land transport)
Select and coordinate with freight forwarders, customs agents, and logistics operators
Prepare all necessary export/import documentation and compliance reports
Identify risks and propose mitigation strategies in fiscal and logistical areas
Requirements:
- Location: Argentina (preferably Buenos Aires or
Greater
Buenos Aires)
- Professional-level English (written and spoken) – mandatory

For the MENA positions, knowledge of the area and Arabic as a working language is an advantage
Deep knowledge of fiscal and regulatory frameworks in the EU, Africa, and/or MENA (customs procedures, taxes, trade agreements, etc.)
Familiarity with Incoterms, export documentation, and trade finance instruments
Ability to work independently on a freelance, task-based model (not full-time 9-5)

The travel may be needed from time to time, either nationally (different locations in Argentina can be quite far) or internationally (to Europe, most likely)
