About the role
We are currently seeking skilled partially licensed or fully licensed Psychotherapists with experience in providing psychotherapy. Our office in located in downtown San Luis Obispo for those who would like to work in person but this position can be hybrid or fully remote as well.
Our ideal candidate will integrate a variety of techniques tailored to meet the needs of the clients we work with. These techniques can include but are not limited to: CBT, DBT, IFS, Psychodynamic Therapy and mindfulness. We provide supervision while you are in the process of licensure among many other supports for practicing psychotherapy and related administrative work.
Qualifications
- Must be an APCC in the process of becoming fully licensed or an LPCC
- Masters Degree
- 28 clients a week minimum
- Experience working with youth, adults, couples, and families
- Ability to work individually and as a team
- Attend administrative and clinical meetings held weekly

Compensation
The pay range for this role is $35-50 an hour.
