We invite an experienced Senior Test Automation Engineer to join our team and contribute to a strategic Center of Excellence (CoE) initiative focused on shaping QA best practices for a leading global provider of payment technology and financial solutions. In this role, you'll design testing frameworks, define automation standards and strategies, and build QA processes that will be adopted across multiple products and teams. You'll use your expertise to influence how testing is done at scale and make a real impact on enterprise-level quality.

Is that you?

• 5+ years of experience in software automation testing
• Hands-on experience in automation framework and test script development
• Strong expertise in performance/resiliency testing of enterprise systems
• Hands-on experience with test data management and GRC compliance
• Strong programming skills, especially JavaScript (or ability to easily switch between languages)
• Deep understanding of core software engineering concepts
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Microsoft Azure) and CI/CD pipelines
• Knowledge of test automation strategies, QA best practices, QA metrics/tools
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work independently, take ownership, and proactively solve technical challenges
• Effective communication and collaboration with client teams and stakeholders
• Upper-Intermediate+ English level

Desirable:

• Experience building automation frameworks and QA processes from the ground up
• Exposure to containerized environments and cloud-native technologies
• Mentorship experience or willingness to support teams and help establish best practices

Key responsibilities and your contribution

In this role, you'll design and implement automated testing solutions, contribute to building QA frameworks, and help establish best practices across teams and products as part of our CoE initiative.

• Develop and maintain automated tests and testing frameworks for core services and critical workflows across enterprise products
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines for smooth, efficient deployment
• Implement performance, resiliency, and compliance (GRC) testing as needed
• Manage and maintain test data to support reliable test coverage
• Contribute to defining QA best practices and improving automation processes for the CoE initiative
• Collaborate with client teams and stakeholders to align QA practices with project goals
• Mentor peers and share knowledge to help establish effective QA practices
