About the Role
As a
Junior SDR
, you will be the first point of contact with potential customers, helping us generate pipeline and fuel growth. Your mission will be to identify, reach out to, and qualify leads, setting up opportunities for our Account Executives to close. You will manage both Inbound and Outbound, along with existing leads.
This is the perfect role for someone who is motivated, eager to learn, and excited to grow into a more senior position within sales.
What You'll Do
- Research and identify potential customers within our target market
- Conduct personalized outreach via email, LinkedIn, and calls, and efficiently manage inbound leads
- Qualify leads and book meetings for our Account Executives.
- Collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams to refine messaging and targeting.
- Maintain accurate data in our CRM and contribute to process improvements.
What We're Looking For
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Curiosity and willingness to learn about SaaS, AI, and B2B sales.
- Resilience — you enjoy challenges and don't take "no" personally.
- Team player who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Bonus points if you have experience with cold outreach or sales tools, but it is not required.

→ Lead major initiatives, test new acquisition channels, and work closely with sales leadership on strategy.
- Account Executive
→ Own the full sales cycle, from first touch to close, and directly drive revenue growth.
