Your role is to make complex SMB software intuitive and appealing on mobile devices.Proven impact: Experience building or contributing to mobile apps with >1M downloads or strong retention.Speed + quality: You ship fast without compromising on design quality.Mobile-first mindset: You know what makes mobile apps intuitive, engaging, and sticky.UX depth: You simplify complex SMB workflows into clear, user-friendly designs.Clear communicator: You explain design decisions effectively to both technical and non-technical teammates.Collaborative: You work tightly with product, engineering, and growth to deliver outcomes.Research-driven: You use user insights and data to inform design choices.Attention to detail: You believe small details create seamless experiences.Adaptable: You thrive in an early-stage, fast-changing environment.Way of working: You're autonomous, responsive, and proactive.
