Position Summary
We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented
Talent Acquisition Specialist
to support our recruitment efforts in Switzerland. You will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent across multiple departments, ensuring an excellent candidate experience and alignment with company values.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles, including
job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management
. - Develop and implement
effective talent sourcing strategies
to attract qualified candidates through multiple channels (LinkedIn, job boards, networking, referrals, etc.). - Partner with
hiring managers
to understand role requirements and create tailored recruitment plans. - Maintain and update
candidate pipelines and recruitment metrics
in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). - Conduct
interviews and assessments
, ensuring compliance with company policies and local labor regulations. - Support
employer branding initiatives
to enhance the company's visibility and attractiveness to potential candidates. - Monitor and report on
key recruitment KPIs
(time-to-hire, quality of hire, candidate satisfaction). - Ensure a
positive candidate experience
throughout the recruitment process. - Stay up-to-date with
market trends, talent pools, and competitive intelligence
in Switzerland.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in
Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
. - 2–5 years
of experience in
recruitment or talent acquisition
, preferably in Switzerland or international organizations. - Strong knowledge of
Swiss labor laws, recruitment processes, and best practices
. - Proficiency in
ATS systems
, LinkedIn Recruiter, and recruitment tools. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage
multiple requisitions simultaneously
. - Fluency in
English
(required);
German and/or French
is a strong asset. - High level of
professionalism, confidentiality, and integrity
.
Nice to Have
- Experience in
tech, SaaS, finance, or consulting recruitment
. - Knowledge of
diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) practices
in hiring. - Familiarity with
employer branding and recruitment marketing
strategies. - Certification in
HR or recruitment (e.g., HRCI, CIPD, SHRM)
is advantageous.
