We're hiring Medical Assistants – Part-time – with bilingual English and a background in healthcare

Kansas City Clinic Advisors
, we're looking for bilingual professionals (English–Spanish) to join our team as Healthcare/Medical Assistants. This is a key role that supports physicians in the United States by documenting their consultations in real time, using AI tools to ensure accuracy and efficiency.


Important:
This is
not
an interpretation role. We're seeking candidates with
medical knowledge or experience
—for example, students or recent graduates in healthcare-related fields, or professionals who have worked in medical settings.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Document physicians' clinical notes in English during patient consultations in real time.
  • Ensure terminological consistency, clarity, and accuracy.
  • Collaborate closely with the assigned physician and administrative teams as needed.
  • Work aligned with the Central Time Zone (CST), as physicians are based in Kansas.


Requirements:

  • Proficient English (spoken and written).
  • Academic background or work experience in healthcare (e.g., medicine, nursing, kinesiology, surgical instrumentation, physiotherapy, or related fields).
  • Attention to detail.
  • Strong command of medical language.


About the Role & the Company:


Hybrid position
if you're in Buenos Aires City (once a week in our Palermo office). Fully remote position if you're outside Buenos Aires City.


Part-time schedule
(6 hours per day - 5 days a week).


Formal employment
relationship with social security and health coverage.


Long-term collaboration:
Each Medical Assistant works consistently with one assigned physician, fostering a stable and close working relationship.

Position available for Argentinian residents only.
