In Buenos Aires, within the Financial Services and Payments industry, we are actively seeking a professional to strengthen our team dedicated to Payment Integrity and Reconciliation Solutions. You'll be working in an area, focusing on transactional and accounting reconciliation processes that ensure accuracy and compliance in the electronic payments ecosystem.

This is you

  • 2+ years of experience in Product, Processes, Data, or Operations roles within the payments industry
  • Proven knowledge of acquiring, credit cards, payment processing, or settlement operations
  • Experience with reconciliation tools (ideally Simetrik or equivalent platforms)
  • Strong analytical skills with demonstrated experience working with large data volumes
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets
  • Excellent documentation and effective communication skills

Nice-to-have skills:

  • Basic or intermediate SQL knowledge
  • Understanding of BCRA (Banco Central de la República Argentina) regulations and reconciliation standards
  • Experience in accounting principles applied to payment operations

This is your role

  • Analyze data sources and transactional flows to structure and optimize reconciliation rules
  • Configure, validate, and monitor reconciliation rules in platforms such as Simetrik
  • Manage functional requirements, user stories, and product backlog for reconciliation initiatives
  • Support technical teams in functional testing, system integrations, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
  • Create comprehensive documentation including process flows, diagrams, and operational standards
  • Perform deviation analysis, propose process improvements, and coordinate implementation efforts
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Operations, Finance, Accounting, Compliance, and Risk teams
  • Monitor reconciliation KPIs and design tracking dashboards to ensure operational excellence
  • Interact with reconciliation platforms and ensure seamless integration with the broader payments ecosystem
