We are seeking a proactive and skilled Senior Business Analyst to join our team. You will act as the main bridge between our technical teams (developers and testers) and non-technical stakeholders (Product Managers, Project Managers, and Design). This role focuses on frontend initiatives and API integrations, ensuring that user and business needs are effectively translated into actionable development tasks. Success in this role means delivering clear requirements, fostering collaboration across teams, and maintaining a strong user-centric mindset throughout the development lifecycle.

Responsibilities

● Serve as the key liaison between technical teams (developers, testers) and non-technical stakeholders (Product Managers, Project Managers, Design).
● Translate high-level business requirements into detailed Epics, Features, and User Stories.
● Collaborate closely with UX/UI teams to ensure designs accurately reflect business needs.
● Partner with development teams on API integrations, including payment gateways.
● Facilitate and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate solutions.
● Identify and recommend opportunities for process and functionality improvements.
● Lead Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous process improvements.
● Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication.
● Maintain a user-centric perspective in every stage of development.

Requirements

● C1 English proficiency.
● Strong user-centric mindset focused on delivering value to end users.
● Proven experience collaborating with UX/UI design teams on frontend initiatives.
● Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into Epics, Features, and User Stories.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
● Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira or Azure.
● Experience in UAT testing and Agile methodologies.
● Experience leading Agile ceremonies.
● Solid understanding of API integrations (e.g., payment gateways).
● Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices.

● Background in business process improvement or data analysis.
