Role Overview
The Paid Ads Manager will be responsible for setting up, managing, and scaling paid acquisition campaigns across the company's first marketing channels. This role will own measurement, campaign execution, and optimization across platforms including Meta, TikTok, and Google (YouTube and Search), while driving insights that inform creative strategy and future growth.
Key Responsibilities
Paid Acquisition & Channel SetupSet up measurement and paid campaigns from scratch as the company launches its marketing efforts.
Manage and scale campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Google (YouTube and Search), and other ad networks.
Own campaigns from early testing through mature, scaled stages.
Edit and adjust creative assets using tools such as Canva or Figma.
Write and refine ad copy to support campaign performance.
Advise on creative strategy using data-backed insights.
Collaborate as a brainstorming partner on new creative concepts.
Set up and support landing pages.
Monitor campaign performance and dive deeply into key metrics.
Distill performance data into clear, actionable insights.
Use learnings to inform the next round of creative and campaign optimizations.
Design and manage structured A/B tests with clear hypotheses.
Report test results clearly and recommend next steps based on findings.
Apply channel-specific optimization tactics and continuously learn what works across platforms.
Qualifications
Experience5+ years of experience setting up, managing, and scaling paid acquisition campaigns.
Hands-on experience across Meta, TikTok, Google (YouTube and Search), and ad networks.
Experience taking campaigns from early-stage testing to scaled growth.
Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics and optimization levers.
Ability to work hands-on with creative assets and copy.
Data-driven mindset with the ability to extract insights from campaign performance.
Highly organized approach to testing, reporting, and iteration.
Advanced proficiency with Excel and analytical tools.
Curiosity and strong opinions about what works across different paid channels.
Interest in travel and deals is a plus.
