Media Market Analyst

As part of the market intelligence team, the analyst will be responsible for 4 main missions:
1- Consolidate and foster the development of the existing database through periodic monitoring and updates of a range of media markets including:
TV distribution and OTT video
Telecommunications
Cinema, video games and sports
Radio, music and podcasts
Connected devices
TV and broadband technologies
The mission includes the collection of data and information from official reports and external databases, a steady monitoring of existing offers and products, the follow-up of industry news, sustained communications with industry players and the creation of additional methods and modelling files to provide comprehensive tables to clients.
2- Initiate and carry out new projects to extend the data coverage to additional industries:
- Implement data collection and analysis, in autonomy or in collaboration with internal research / data teams
- Prepare the overall delivery of new dashboards to clients and prospects
3- Provide extensive data analysis to database users and communicate to the industry with thorough review of industry trends and value-added analysis
4- Engage in the organization of digital and on-site conferences by supporting guests' recruitment, interviewing speakers, and potentially preparing and moderating panel discussions
Your profile
Strong interest in media, video content and new technologies with existing experiences in media and/or entertainment
Curious, rigorous and self-driven with strong analytical skills
Highly organised with an ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
Proficiency in Excel and Google's Office suite
Knowledge of data reporting and visualisation tools is a plus
Excellent teamwork and collaborative skills
