Job Captain

Hiring Job Captains (4+ Years Experience in US projects) to work on US based projects. Experience must include work in the following sectors:

• Medical Office

• Healthcare facilities

• Hospitals

• Office TI

• Hospitality

• Grocery

• Residential Multi-Family

Requirements:

Graduated with an Architecture Degree.

Over 4-years of architectural experience in a Production Firm or AOR in the US.

Advanced knowledge of Revit and AutoCAD. Testing Required.

Intermediate to advanced knowledge of BIM.

Ability to create Design & Construction Documents.

Require limited direction on Program Tasks including Prototype Examples, RFI's and submittals.

Have excellent written and spoken English communication skills including ability to participate in Client facing meetings.

Lead team members for assigned tasks to meet deadlines & Support Project Manager(s)

Coordination- Experience and examples with other disciplines/consultants + General Contractors

Travel- Willing to travel for 1-6 months/year for Global Assignments at Client offices

Knowledge of Plan Check/Approval procedures

Ability to go on Site Surveys

Interior Design interest & capabilities are a plus
