Consultor/a en IA con experiencia en Amazon Lex
para diseñar, construir y optimizar soluciones conversacionales orientadas a negocio.

Responsabilidades

  • Crear y probar
    flujos conversacionales
    en
    Amazon Lex
    .
  • Monitorear el rendimiento del chatbot y ejecutar
    mejoras continuas
    a partir de métricas y feedback.
  • Asegurar la
    integración
    correcta con sistemas backend y
    APIs/webhooks
    necesarios.
  • Elaborar y mantener
    documentación clara
    de arquitectura, flujos y procesos.
  • Colaborar con analistas, desarrolladores y stakeholders para alinear objetivos y entregables.
  • Planificar la
    escalabilidad
    de la solución para altos volúmenes de interacción.

Requisitos

  • Experiencia comprobable en
    diseño y desarrollo
    de
    agentes virtuales con Amazon Lex
    .
  • Conocimientos de
    NLP
    y fundamentos de modelos de IA aplicados a experiencias conversacionales.
  • Habilidad para integrar
    servicios externos
    mediante
    API
    y
    webhooks
    .
  • Manejo de
    Python
    (u otro lenguaje equivalente según necesidades del proyecto).
  • Capacidad para diseñar
    flujos de conversación
    intuitivos y centrados en el usuario.
  • Experiencia trabajando con
    metodologías ágiles
    .
  • Habilidades de
    análisis de datos de interacción
    para proponer mejoras basadas en comportamiento de usuarios.
