Job Title

Product Delivery Advisor — Issuing Payments (UAT — User Acceptance Testing)

The Product Delivery Advisor — UAT is a senior specialist responsible for executing and coordinating UAT for Issuing Payments products across the Region's key countries, ensuring the functional and technical quality of results. Provides expert support in automation, functional analysis, impact identification and defect management.

This position follows a 4x1 schedule (4 days on-site) at our Retiro offices.

Responsibilities

• Analyze product requirements, regulations and technical changes to define UAT test cases.
• Design, execute and automate functional and regression tests.
• Maintain and evolve automated frameworks.
• Perform detailed root-cause analysis of defects.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to validate functional designs.
• Identify process optimization opportunities through AI.
• Produce UAT documentation, reports, evidence and metrics.
• Support validations with issuers and partners.
• Ensure traceability between requirements, test cases and results.

Requirements

• 5+ years in Payments, Issuing, switches, fraud or security for products such as debit, credit and prepaid cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express and private-label brands).
• Proven experience with payment platforms; experience with platforms such as First, Vision, VisionPLUS and SilverCore is desirable but not required.
• Strong functional analysis and UAT experience.
• Solid knowledge of test automation.
• Familiarity with tools: Jira, Xray/Zephyr, Git, SQL, APIs.
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of AI applied to QA.
• Advanced English, spoken and written, is mandatory. Interviews will be conducted in English.
