Role: Senior Recruiter – Clinical Talent Acquisition

We're looking for a Senior Recruiter to lead end-to-end recruitment for clinical roles across LATAM (Argentina, Chile, Brazil, Mexico, Colombia, Peru and CentroAmerica), ensuring an exceptional candidate experience and partnering closely with hiring managers to deliver results in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for clinical positions in LATAM.

  • Act as a trusted Talent Acquisition partner to hiring managers.

  • Ensure compliance and deliver a best-in-class candidate experience.

  • Build strong relationships with universities and talent networks.

  • Provide insights on market trends and compensation data.

  • Plus: Opportunity to contribute to local, regional, and global improvement projects.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, or related field.

  • 3–4 years of recruiting expertise, including proven experience with advanced sourcing techniques (e.g., Boolean search, social recruiting) and track record of successfully recruiting for niche and hard-to-fill roles.

  • Strong English skills and ATS knowledge (Workday experience a plus).

  • Excellent communication, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
