ScaledOps is an early-stage company building an AI Project Manager Agent that helps startups get tasks done 10x faster by combining AI tools with trusted human experts. We're a small team based in Austin and Buenos Aires, working to make operations faster, smarter, and more efficient through human and AI collaboration.

About the Role

We're looking for a
Recruiting Ops Associate
to help us grow and manage our global network of freelancers and experts.

The main focus of this role is to
interview and evaluate freelancers
, ensuring we bring in people who meet ScaledOps' quality standards across categories such as writing, sales, marketing, recruiting, design, and more.

Beyond recruiting, you'll also help the operations team
gain better insights into how projects are run and how we can improve them
by building relationships with experts and collaborating with them to make our product better.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with people, spotting talent, and turning insights from conversations into better systems and documentation.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct structured interviews with freelancers across different categories.

  • Evaluate candidates' skills, reliability, and fit for ScaledOps' hybrid (AI + human) workflow model.

  • Build and maintain an organized network of providers with up-to-date notes and category tags.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify categories that need more experts and capture insights to improve project processes.

  • Help the operations team understand how projects are run and where we can improve quality and efficiency.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in recruiting, operations, or talent management.

  • Strong communication and interviewing skills, both verbal and written.

  • Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple interviews per week.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate insights into structured improvements.

  • Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

  • Curious about how different types of experts work and how projects are executed.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with freelancer marketplaces such as Upwork, Toptal, or Fiverr.

  • Background in operations and/or project management.

  • Interest in AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, etc.) and how they can enhance recruiting or workflow design.

Work Setup

  • Based in Buenos Aires, with a hybrid work model.

  • Full-time contract position, paid in USD.

  • Small, fast-moving team with close collaboration and space to grow.
