Qualifications

2 years of dispatching experience in USA trucking

DAT, Truckstop, 123loadbord and etc

Experience in booking and managing VANs and Reefers freight

Ability to communicate efficiently with drivers, brokers, shippers and receivers

Strong sales skills

TMS knowledge

General knowledge of FMCSA HOS (preferred)

Analytical skills to evaluate data and make informed decisions

RESPONSABILITES:

Daily Drivers load-plan

Daily customer communication (freight plan, drivers availability and etc)

Daily control of RPM and cost/profit effectives of all Shipments

Email and phone communication

Shipments' Price negotiation

Dispatch Drivers and monitor their progress using Samsara GPS

Control Drivers' status, dates, and delivery times

Shipments' Documents management (TMS)

Daily communication with Fleet management

Analyze transportation data to optimize routes and personal effectiveness
